My smartcard is 3months old and give a home nerwork error so I have called the customer care and they told me to go to a multichoice and swap the card? Then I've do so and call the customer care and there's no response telling me there are no available consultant the next time there after they just drop the call!!! The service is up to!!! For what am I paying every month!!!
