I would like to thank Ayanda, for the excellent customer service that she has provided.

I called and the phone disconnected while she was trying to put me through to Princess branch. She did not just ignore my query, she went an extra mile to call me back (and I did not even give her my number). She made sure that I was happy before she closed the call.
