Finally Got Hold of UNISA after months of trying

After Months of attempting to reach UNISA Head Office to find out how to go about getting grouped for the EUP 1501 course, I gave up. Then this morning I decided to call the Pietermaritzburg branch, as this is where I registered at the beginning of the year. The call was answered almost immediately and I spoke with a lovely lady (Pinkie Ndlovu), who was most helpful and transferred me immediately to the correct person. I then spoke to Precious Zuma who helped me out with my problem in a few seconds and made sure I understood the process before hanging up. I wish UNISA Head Office had people like Pinkie and Precious working for them, because then this easy process could remain simple.

Good work Pinkie and Precious you restored my faith in UNISA, to an extent, and I hope your good work will be recognised.
