Useless Call centre staff

Have been calling Dstv call Centre a lot today than I called anyone and spending 10 minutes to end with and Noone picking up. At one point the person answered it was so noisy that she couldn't even hear me. All my airtime gone for nothing. Incompetent people. Disappointed
