So many people are looking for jobs yet you employ clearly incompetent individuals.
Tried calling your call-centre and noticed 2 things
1) you have deleted the option for `technical support' from your automated options
2) you have no humans answering my call - I should NOT have to wait 7 minutes because of your incompetent staff
A call should be answered within 3 minutes or you need to find better trained staff
Disappointed at disgusted at terrible service!
