Ive paid my acc 1st thing in the morning on the 1st of Nov, suddenly we got disconnectd yrsterdy, ive been calling since yesterday and ive spent almost R90 callin them, yrstrdy i told the consultant that my airtime is about to cut may she pls call back as ive paid my acc and she said NO she cnt leav her desk, den called again with enough airtime but with this music of them NO AIRTIME IS ENOUGH!! It cut again!! Today i have spoken to any consultant but my R29 airtym GONE, its almost as if i paid a reconnection fee for THEIR MISTAKE. My aunt tried calling them with work number but still NOTHING!! Worst service ever and to think that they wont even do anything to sympathize but to just reconnect me even more worse! Dont think that we dont know our consumer rights Multi Choice!! We do!! And if shoprite makes ur service seem poorer than it is then end ur contract with them and stop making your problems ours!! Your CEO better replace my airtime, im disgusted!! Just make a toll free numbe
