DSTV staff are incompetent and their staff LIE

I contacted DSTV in February 2013 as I knew that my contract with them had expired. I was told by Thabile Hlombe the following: For your services to be covered till the 26th February 2014, an amount of R912.37 needs to be paid. I leave it then I get calls in September stating I owe over R5000.00!! The staff tell me one thing in writing then tell me that it was Thabiles error and still leave me liable for something which I rectified on e mail. Then I get staff calling me at ridiculous hours telling me I am liable for the money when on black and white it states R912.37 now it must be my fault that the staff are under trained and do not know how to calculate things. DSTV are and are throwing the blame on me when they can clearly see who mailed me and they will not get someone from management to contact me. Wander why??? As their staff cannot even send a mail with the correct information and then STILL only query the error months later. I will not be liable for this and I find the service rather disgusting and your staff are utterly rude and need training as they do not know what they are doing!!!
