Just play is not legit

I am very disturbed with the [URL Removed] website, I created an account and forgot my password. there is a link which allows you to reset your password and a notification is sent to the user. I've tried several times, i think the website itself is not legit. because how can one put a broken link on a website.
I just want to deactivate my account.
