STAY AWAY FROM RAPID RENTALS

Please think twice before you rent a property from Rapid Rentals. These people will you out of your deposit and make it look legal. You are held responsible for every little thing even if you are not liable. Like paining their walls because the white paint goes yellow. Somehow this is your fault. No matter how clean you leave a place when moving out it will always be dirty so you have to pay for their own staff to clean it. There is also no such thing as general ware and tare. This only applies if you live in a place for longer than 4 years
You are then billed for "labour" and a call out fee even though when they pitch up to do the inspection all their cleaning staff are already there before the inspection is done.
And do not try to query anything with them. You get no response and after repeated emails and phone calls they will just say go look at your contract and the inspection lists.
You also have to pay a admin fee every 6 months, increased deposit and a handling fee if you are lucky enough to get a portion of you deposit back. The staff at this company are rude, arrogant and unfriendly.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE TO RENT!!
