Incompetent staff at dstv wonderpark

Thursday 26Th of September 2013 i walked into DSTV Wonderpark to activate my Dstv walker the lady who assisted me (Dikeledi) was very helpful and efficient i left the store a satisfied a client but after and hour and half my satisfaction turned to disappointment as my Dstv Walker have been been removed from the system i tried contacting the store and eventually got through but the treatment i recieved telephonically wasn't pleasant the staff were rude and cut the call without me finishing my query i've tried numerous times to get hold of them but failed to do so i personally feel that they need a change of attitude and management and staff is highly incompetent in working in such an industry. i was told to come back into the store for a problem which is not mine and was refused when i asked them to assist me via telephone
