Hi Mpho, (Multichoice Billing department)

I trust you are doing well, I would like to enquire as to when I can expect your manager Malome to give me a call regarding my billing as promised. I know it has been a while since we last spoke, but I have contacted you on the 23/9/2013 at 2.50pm. You advised that a manager will get back to me within 30 mins. It is now the 23/9/2013 at 4.35pm and still no callback. Wow how time has flown by.

At this point in time, I am really irritated with the level of service I have received from Multichoice regarding my billing query, and the manner in which it has been handled. I thought it would be polite of me to nicely request to speak to a manager, but yet you went to break my heart.

Please get your manager to contact as I am really furious with the level of service I have received from Multichoice. This matter has been going on for too long and I'm really at wits end!
