I called the call centre as my dish was closed this evening even though i had made a payment earler today only to to be told that they cant assist me as i didnt have my passport with me.

i explained that i was at work and i asked for other question only to be told that no we can not assist you. i then requested to speak to a supervior Wahwed who said the same thing.

I then asked why when i make payment s no ID is asked yet when i call for a service then T&C come into play??? and again no answer i asked for the manager, Ryno Rautenbash after 5 minutes on hold payingb for the fone call to be told "the manager said im correct" and was too BUSY to take my call., but wasnt too busy to hear the query.
My question is so if i dont have my ID on me, i cannot be assisted??? YET I PAID MULTICHOICE FOR A SERVICE??? is this also in your T&Cs.
I am really annoyed for wasting my 13minutes on airtime and no where in the long voice prompts was it communicated. Will you refund my wasted airtime and my wasted day with no DSTV SERVICE.
