Dont let them from you as well - stay away!!

First off, the company does not get back to you about anything - EVER. I had to phone them 4 times to confirm that they received payment so that I can arrange for shipping to commence. Then they promised delivery on the Thursday (4days from payment received date). Thursday came and went without a delivery after I phoned them numerous times, they told me to be patient. Then they said it will arrive Friday, and they even supplied me with a tracking number, and said the package was collected on Thursday evening. This was a blatant lie, as it was never collected. I ended up having to collect the package myself, and then they refused to refund the R90.00 shipping I had to pay. When I opened the package, they sent me a cheap, sub standard product. When I contacted them to ask about the product I paid for, the owner said they didnt have it in stock, and they sent me a more expensive product, which was also a blatant lie. Now they refuse to sort out this issue, all I can recommend is to stay away from this Mickey mouse business, run by a. You WILL regret buying anything from them, I assure you.
