Cannot re-connect, payment made 60 hours ago!

I paid my DSTV account on the 29th November at 08h00 and on sunday the 1 December they cut my services, I then called them in the evening and was told that they could not help me and that they were busy with upgrades. I was told to call the next morning at 07h00. I then asked to speak to a manager and he said the manager was going to tell me the same thing, I insisted though and he hung up on me.

Upon my second call I spoke to Bheki who explained the same thing. nhlanhla

I am so sick and tired of bad service no matter if they are rite. This slobby attitude from people has to stop!

I was then transfered to Nhlanhla (manager) and she too explained thr situation, but completely different attitude. She has however promised to call me in the morning to resolve my suspension and to check the call records.
