Pathetic service, wait no service

I had a small account query. I called. Nothing. A stupid voice service and constant advertising while you wait. This manner of dealing with trusted customers is unacceptable. Why are we compelled to listen to marketing material while we WAIT on SERVICE. Unprofessional. Get ahead. Secondly, a price increase without any notice? Pathetic. So disappointed. After waiting ten minutes, I gave up. Will see if they get back to me.
