Shocked at service and quality of food

I have just purchase 2 large subs and 1 small sub from your branch in Sandton. After waiting 20 minutes my food was ready. However, I was given 2 small subs and 1 large sub. I brought it to his attention and I was told to wait while they fixed it. I had already waited 20min which I feel is unacceptable and therefore was annoyed that I had to wait another 20min. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting I was given my complete order. Not only was the other 2 subs already standing for 15minutes but when I opened the box I notice that I was not given a large sub but rather the old small sub and another half a sub. This is unacceptable - after messing up my first order I wasn't even given full sub like I had requested and paid for. When I said I wanted what I had originally ordered I was given a blank look. I refused to take the 2 halves of a sub and requested for my money back. I usually order pizzas for my office on a monthly basis but I will never order from Debonairs again.
