WAITING 72 Hours for response!!!

How can you expect commercial customers to wait 72 hours for responses or anything to be actioned on our accounts? We have clients that make use of our facilities and we need service... I cannot believe that in the year 2013 you still get away with people having to wait 72 hours for your help!!! Most pathetic thing i have ever heard of, i cannot wait until you get some competition, because its nice having the monopoly until someone kicks you on your... Your day will come and we will all move over to the new network.
