She promises a lot but delivers nothing!!!

I enquired on Diva's website about an email reading on 31 May, almost instantly I got a response from her explaining the procedure. I did the transfer and emailed the proof of payment.
You guessed it, no reading!!!
I emailed a few times and then I started backing-up my emails with phone calls. She finally responded and told me that she was sick and will do the reading at the end of September. Since I am a nice person I understood that people get sick and gave her the benefit of the doubt.
FFW to end of September, I called her and she promised me the reading by the end of the night. Again, I got nothing but an email about a "saving diva campaign", which ironically claims that you can pledge money if Diva has touched your life!! I called again asking about my reading and again got promised that it will be done the next day.
Nothing!
Then she refused to respond to me until I threatened to report her. She again promised me the reading the next day. I should have known that it was a sc*m. 5 months after payment I have not received any reading. Don't fall in the same trap! I am now seriously considering to report her to the police as I fear she may be doing this to many other people.
