Bad attitude from Debtors Cordinator @ Sterkineko

I have been a dealer with Sterkinekor for close to two years now and i have purchased over R25, 000 in DVDs from them, recently i had an issue with one of their account managers called Donald Matlala. For reasons best known to him he deleted my account citing reasons that i didn't purchase an order within 6 months and also me having a bad payment history, am not sure how a COD customer develops a bad payment history when customer doesn't buy on credit.

I provided him with banking proof showing that i did purchase within 6 months but he has refused to respond. I want my account to be restored because i worked hard building the account and my company's reputation.

As a small business, i demand to be treated fairly and also with respect. All they want to do is deal with oly big companies but they forget small businesses propel the South African economy.
