After more than 4 years of a longstanding arrangement I have with Autpage to pay my account on the 26th of every month, even though it is due on the 15th, Ms Mmutlanyane blocked my account this morning, 22 Jun at 11h15. After 1 hour 19 min 48 seconds trying to sort this out with her, askjng that she draw my account history, asking for the supervisor, Avish Singh, which is supposed to be at work, but could not be fou d anywhere in the building for more than half an hour, she still faltjy refused to unblock my line. I am losing business and Autopage is in breach of an arrangement that I made with them in good faith. An arragement that was standing for years and has not been queried. I have been a client for 14 plus years. This is costing me money and the use of a friends ohone unnecassarily, also costing me money. I want this resolved immediately, or I will go to the small claims court and also cancel my contract.
