I am highly upset with the service and continous emails i have been sending TOP TV. three weeks ago we had a problem with the dish saying unathorised service, i have emailed more then 6 times and all the time i get a consultant calling back. We are stil facing the same problem and yet we are paying for the service for almost three weeks that thing has not worked, Yesterday AGAIN sent another email an agent called and put me throw to an Installer that wants R250 call out fee. If its a technical provblem why must we pay when we have been inconvinieneced and paying for something that we cant even watch. If i know this would happen i would have just sticked to DSTV and not TOP TV..i would like this resolved as soon as possible or just cancel my account
