Apropos my report on October 15th
Yesterday (27th October) on five separate occasions the screen froze, followed a few moments later by a reboot.
This alone is bad enough, in that we missed large parts of the programmes we were watching, but, due presumably to the number of channels (most of which we never watch) re boot time is now an agonising five or six minutes. The same thing happened four times on the previous evening.
We, of course, called your help centre, they seldom help and have roughly two or three stock responses.
1) Reboot- The thing is rebooting all of its own accord.
2) Check the connections to the decoder-There is nothing wrong with the connections and never has been.
3) Bring the decoder in to the Service centre at Umhlanga-long way away and we are retired and have no car.
4) Get a private service man in. Why should we pay for your problem
The Service operator was rude to my Wife
If you think Multichoice provide a good service please check the Hellopeter site where you must hold pride of place in South Africa for the number and variety of complaints.
You service is bad and your responses to clients complaints read as if they come from a guide book.
