Multichoice Overbills month after month after mont

On 20 July 2013 Multichoice overbilled me R140. When I queried they said they did not have any records of the R140 received from me. Sent them proof, still no joy. I lodged a dispute with my bank and took back the R140 they said they did not have on 8 August. On 3 August they billed me R886.33. On 1 October they billed me R835.00. Tonight I have a message on my screen saying they will be taking R795 on 1 November. ALL OF THIS AGAINST A CONTRACT OF R695 per month. Sent them spreadsheets and their own statements to help reconcile and get back what is now R331.33 overbilled, with interest and now about to go to R431.33 with no joy whatsoever. All I get is incompetence at the call centre and people saying NO - you owe us... without being able to explain WHY. I tried Facebook as well - No Joy. I'm hoping Hello Peter will get me a reasonable response.
