Overcharging

This morning the dstv was connected but round about 07h10 it was suspended then i called the multichoice number then they told me that its suspended of the balance of R16.00 which is not fair at this is rip they told they will charge me R50 reconnection fee this is totaly not good the told me that due to that i upgraded and downgraded there was a pro rata that i was suppose to pay in 48 hours no one explained that to me can some1 rectify this PLEASE PLEASE
