Bad, Service. I paid my Subscription (which is an advanced payment) on 30/09/2013)@ Pick-a-Pay Store @ 18h18.According to MultiChoice a payment at such Vendor, would reflect on their records within 1 hour. On the 16/10/2013, I'm notified my arrear account had been handed over. And the attending clerk (Consultant) has an attitude from. Why do we have to suffer this kind of abuse?? even though we pay? Come on MultiChoice;I will cancell your service permanently. This kind of service stinks;to say the least.
