Morning. I disconnected my dstv account somewhere in July because l was moving. On the 13th September 2013 l reconneceted it (HD PVR) with extra view. They asked me to pay R1009. of which it was a subscribtion that covered me until 14th October 2013 and the insurance premiums since they were in arrears. I immediately paid that amount at spar and l was reconnected the very same day. To my surprise the debit order was suppose to go through on the 15th October 2013 of the amount R 730.00 but they debited R2100 and when l phoned to ask Sechaba who was giving me stupid answers insisted that l have activated dual view as well even though l asked him to go and check recordings of the day because it was not true. I asked him to put me through to his manager but he made me hold for more than 10 minutes until l dropped the phone. I phoned again and l spoke to Malebo who was very helpful and promiused to investigate. I am really angry because the debit was returned to duev to insufficiant funds and l am told to wait 4 days for the matter to be investigated. I feel multichoice must also pay for the bank charges. Thanks very much to Malebo we need people like her.
