I'm so disgusted by the way this company is trying to rip me off. 16/03/2013 called to get a quote, and i was finally quoted R300, 19 premium for their service. My fist debit order was R305.19, when i called to query the amount I spoke to Oddert 29/07/2013 and she informed me the second debit order already created the wrong amount. She assured me the third debit order will be R290.19. WOW to my surprise this morning, i was again debited the wrong amount on my 3rd premium. WHAT THE *#$% IS GOING WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I want this matter resolved this month, and not October or else I will cancel and all my premiums be refunded. I'm hardly 6 months with them and this is the kind of response i get from trying to rectify an error from their side. I'm a new client but this is their 1st impression WOW!!
