Below is an e-mail send to the Multi Choice complaint department. It has been two weeks and no answer even from them, lets see if this helps!!

Subject: DSTV disconnected

I made a phone call on Saturday the 28 of September 2013 to reconnect my service for a week in order to watch the two rugby games that was played on that day and the 5th of October.

Here is a list of complaints:

1:To reconnect my service over the internet deemed to be impossible, as it would not allow me to reconnect.
2:Then I made a phone call that took almost 45 minutes just to be reconnected. Honestly 45 minutes???
3:On Thursday or Friday last week my service was disconnected after a have paid more than the amount agreed upon (R250-00) via the telephone operator to ensure I am in credit. The e-mail on my TV mentioned something about R300 odd to be paid, where did you that amount from??? It was further agreed that my service is disconnected automatically on Sunday the 6th of October. On Saturday the fifth I prepared to enjoy the rugby---guess what?? No service!
