My service is suspended although I am in credit

I have four decoders with DSTV. On of the decoders is in a house that is rented to a High Commissioner of a European country. My account is in credit, yet they have disconnected my service on three occasions this year. Each time I have to spend 30 minutes in the phone at my cost to have the services reconnected.

For the past two months my service has been disconnected twice, despite the fact that I am in credit of more than R1000. A message is displayed in the TV screen that I am in arrears. On two occasions I tried to pay the alleged arrear amount on the self-service site, even though I knew I was in credit, but to avoid suspension of my services. I was unable to pay the stated amount as I was in credit and the website does not accept payments that are not due.
I then have no option but to wait for them to suspend my services and spend ages on the phone while they reconnect the decoders.

My tenant clearly does not believe me when I say that the account was disconnected despite the fact that I am in credit and sees the message on the screen advising that I am in arrears. DSTV's incompetence is harming my reputation and my relationship with my tenant. PLEASE HELP I AM DESPERATE
