This weekend we wanted to connect our holiday card, we tried on numerous occasions, holding on more than 15 minutes at a time. I also asked for assistance on facebook. My husband eventually got through. We got a call from someone to see if our issue has been resolved. He refused to provide us with his name and he could not give us any answers as to why the service is so bad. He only said he apologise. When my husband ask him for what he could not answer. This morning is phoned to disconnect our holiday card. I again had to hold for more than 15 minutes. When I asked the agent why do we have to hold so long, he said the call volumes are high. I then asked to be put through to the customer survey and he put the phone down. This is by far the worst service ever. Nothing gets close to this.
