This is the most unprofessional service ever received. I phone on Monday 25 to hear how to go about to do a sim swap, from MTN (my nr that i want to keep) to Cell C (the new network i want to use ) - so this lady explained that I must have an unRIKA-ed sim card - have to send a sms from the MTN nr to 0847678287 - with the #portme#the sim card nr# - which I didnt have the Un-RIKA-ed sim. So Tuesday I had to go back to PEP tell them that the sales person at the counter is very unprofessional because she should know how the sim swap works and she needed to tell me that I can't buy an Un-rika-ed sim @ PEP. So they gave me one of these sim cards. Just to come home to try the sim swap as this Nomkhosi said I have to do - just to get a sms back saying that the sim needs to be RIKA-ed. Thats when I phoned Cell C customer care - they put me then through to Rami - where I expressed that I'm very unhappy on the poor service of this lady giving me the wrong information. Just to phone back to the customer care nr to find out that the sim card needs to be RIKA-ed for a sim swap. This is the poorest help I ever got from a person. I mean really. So it will cost me ANOTHER trip into town!! REALLY
