DStv loading

My DStv is been loading for 6days now. I have taken my decoder in for testing everything tested okay by them. I phone te call center after they tell me to do factory setting and restore. Its running now for 2 days determining footprint. After posting on fb they told me to do again factory restore the same happen determining footprint. My signal where 98% after I restore it is 0%. I am fedup. As I seen that a lot of people has this probleme. Please help!
