DSTV Customer Service is Pathethic

I called yesterday and spoke to Ntlantla to downgrade from Premier to Extra and was told that was done. When i got home my account was still not activated. I called again and had no luck, was on hold for more than 2 hours and for result, I couldnt watch tv last night. Your service is pathetic and it's costing me with these calls. As i am writing this complaint I am online and ONHOLD as usual. What the heck is going on with your telephone lines??? Please activate my account. This is annoying and frustrating.
I have tried all your branches and still no luck.
