All I want to do is activate my xtraview. I phoned last night (Sunday the 8th of December at 10pm) where I was politely informed that the xtraview department only operates from 7am to 9pm. I accepted this and decided to phone the next day. I called today at approx 6pm eventually getting through to the electronic slow talking man informing me of menu choices etc. 25 mins down the line after listening to bad and soft music, loud DSTV adverts and repeatedly saying hello thinking that someone had finally answered my call was cut off. I tried again at 7h30ish where I eventually ran out of airtime waiting for 30 mins to the same rubbish not knowing when my call would be answered. I do normally do everything via the DSTV website and am always astounded with the wonderful self service. I just wish Multichoice would allow activating xtraview via the self service webpage as you can do everything else there. Why Multichoice do you make things so infuriatingly difficult, why???
