No dstv for full 4days after payment was made

They are quick to disconnect their service but slow to disconnect service. I cannot watch and that envelope is there even after i made a payment last Thursday.
Why until now they cannot see that my payment was made. And re activate the service. This is bad and so many things have changed. I tried to call 011-289 2222 and the cellphone, keeps on saying in in arrears even after i played. I did not watch their dstv since Thursday.
Who is responsible to allocate payments? this is bad service from mutlichoice
