Account in arrears although it was paid

I went as per normal to make payment on the Dstv account that is held in my very sacred name and to my disgust I was informed by a very polite call agent from the Dstv call centre that my account is currently in arrears. This payment was made through one of those very suppose to be liable kiosk machines that allows for the quick flow of customers to be served. But it bailed on me according to my payment history. The only way I was informed of this was by switching on my television and a envelope appeared on the screen, how sad.
