Horrific service

I have purchased a top TV pre-paid voucher on the 1st of October 2013, to date I am unable to activate it because of error message "smart card invalid". I tried to call the contact centre countless times. The money that i used for airtime now exceeds the value of the voucher. It is now 7 days without basic TV. Horrific service. I have just noted that all their responses here are the same, they just cut and paste their responses on all the cases reported here. Nightmare really or this company is a.
