The worst service in my whole life

I was paying for my movie tickets which totaled to R106.00, after the SMS notification came through on my phone the cashier told that it has not gone through and I showed her the SMS and the manager. The manager insisted that I need swipe again and I told he this has happened more once and yet she still insisted that this has not gone through and I need to swipe again. I then swiped again and now after checking my online bank statements, it shows that two payments of R106.00 has left my account because of them. They did not believe me even after seeing the SMS that the money has gone through. I am disgusted and will NEVER EVER go there again. It is the worst cinema and the service was just terrible. Now I have paid R212.00 to watch a MOVIE!!! THEY ARE PATHETIC
