I went to watch the host with my fiance upon going into the cinema we could not find our seats as the isle numbers and chair numbers were missing then there were no cup holders on some of our chairs . chairs and cinema were filthy dirty. we then proceeded to eat our popcorn and it was all burnt and stale.
We then went to the manager of the glen cinema to complain at the horrible conditions the cinema was in to which he insisted he would look into it all and gave us re admission tickets .. so we decided to use our tickets to go watch the fast and furious movie and the lady at the sales desk refused to let us use our re admission tickets and charged us full price i find it completely un acceptable i wish id taken her name...
