Call centre agent by the name of Jonathan needs an attitude overhaul.
Could someone kindly get back to me and assist me with the termination of contract. The last 3 agents I spoke to have all given me contradictory information.
Hold times are at an alarming level. Made 2 calls to your atrocious service centre, the 1st call lasted for 10 mins 26secs the bulk of the call duration was spent on hold and only to be dropped by Jonathan. 2nd call 16 mins and eventually dropped it, because Manana found it fitting for me to be on hold until her shift came to an end.
