You don't have generators? Seriously? After Eskom's legendary reliability of late no Plan B?

Your Gateway cinema experienced a power failure 15 minutes before my movie was to start. What do I get? A complimentary ticket to be used within two weeks. Gee, thanks. And who is going to pay for my approximately R60 in wasted petrol and parking? Nothing I can do about getting my time back

Is this really the best your Gateway cinema can do? I drove past Pavilion Nu Metro to get to you guys because they are busy renovating and it's annoying. Was I mistaken to believe Gateway would be better?

I think I'm sticking to Pavilion in future
