I am writing the complaint on behalf off my mother inlaw.
On Saterday she bought a TOPTV. When she got home she was on the phone with TOPTV and wanted to creat a account for herself in order for a installer to come out to set the toptv up for her. But she was placed on hold and she lost over R150 off airtime because she was the hold time on hold. Then she thought to sent a sms to the number provided and got a massage back stating that some one will call her back with in 72 hours.
We are now on 96 hours and still nobody from TOPTV has gotten back to her in order to creat a account.
Guess what she is looking for the past 96 hours at a TOPTV box wow now thats great vaule for money.
I think TOPTV should look at getting a call center because there is no call center.
I really hope that some one at TOPTV will take the time to read this and really do some thing about the problem
