TopTV refuse to refund debits incorrectly made

I canceled my TopTv account via the OFFICIAL email address provided in the email they send me my monthly statements in every month and which they suggest you use for account issues. I closed my account and deactivated it on 22 August 2013 and the satellite and box was removed on 29 August 2013, yet I was debited by TopTV for Sept, Oct and Nov. I phoned to complain on 29 November 2013 and spoke with THAPELO MORANGELA who said that TopTV had received no instruction from me to cancel my account. I have proof of the emails I sent to TopTV on 22 August 2013 requesting cancellation, if you would like to contact me THAPELO (as you said you would 10 days ago!), I will happily send them to you. I want my R297 debited back to my account immediately.
