Our cinema looked like a construction site

I went to go and watch GI JOE at the kenilworth Sterkinekor and it was the worst experience ever! The movie was great but the environment was utterly disappointing!! We came into the cinema and couldn't sit on our booked seats as there were no seats to sit on. About 15-20 seats was missing in the cinema and worst of all it wasn't removed from the cinema!! It was actually stacked up in a pile in the front of the cinema. It was very distracting when watching the movie!! If that wasn't enough, the air- didn't work at all!! It was boiling inside the cinema and there was no staff in sight to complain. The smell inside the cinema was revolting! It smelt like dry cement powder!! Btw the screen was the smallest I have ever experienced. I would recommend that if a cinema is under construction they should rather close it for business!! There was no cup holders as well! I was very disappointed and disgusted! I demand an explanation and a refund!!
