Pathetic, just poor on all fromts

I have been trying to access my account information on DSTV and could not access "My ACCOUNT services" after a week of mails back and forth, I get told that I am R30.83 in arears and that is why i cannot DEACTIVATE a service because I cannot access the screen.
WHAT was done? they reset passwords, relink my smart cards to the profile etc... and after all that get told this... I have now PAID the R31 via your site and GUESS WHAT... I still cannot access the details...
absolutely POOR. I WILL NOT CALL as I refuse to waste 45 minutes on the phone HOLDING.
