R 1617.72 debited to my account on 2/10/2013

My normal account is R695 per month but this month I have been charged R1617.72. My account as at 02/10/2013. on my interenet multichoice account shows R1320 . My statement shows R695 for October.

I have spoken to an official at multichoice demanding refund. She says their records show that activation was done from my home. This is not so. On that date (11/09/2013) Extra view at multichoice tried to get my extra view to work and they probably did the activation. The official indicates that refund will probably not occur because of the activation question.

This clearly is unacceptable and I demand an immediate refund. (BTW Extra View still does not work)
