Poor response after over billing past three months

I discovered an over billing on 3 May 2013. I reported this to the call center and was advised that it was a system error and many other customers were affected and I will be refunded R1299.10 withing 48 hours. This did not occur. Multichoice then double bills in June and July via debit order.
i called back on 2 July 2013 (ref number 135043211). After 37 minutes of a consultant giving me procedure I was advised that feedback on the sytem from the 3 May call showed that the refund was declined. She was clearly unable to help and transfered me to Freddie Williams (manager). After a lengthy conversation, Mr Freddie Williams advised me that he needed to call up recordings of calls and "promised to call me back the next day"! Fat chance... its now 10 days later. Still no feedback. WHAT MUST I DO? SPEND 1 HOUR ON THE PHONE TO GET THE SAME FEEDBACK. Really poor service from Multichoice. Over Bill and refuse to refund. Guess what, if I paid late or did not pay for three months... what would you do?
