Do not take contracts out

I have been a loyal customer of this store since they opened, but since the new owners have taken over I have a very bad taste towards them.

Firstly I took a new contract just prior to the new owners taking over. In the presence of the new owners wife.

I went back about three weeks ago and was told I must pay for another contract as the previous one is no long valid as it was purchased prior to them owning the store, so in the few month I have spent over R1000.00 for nothing.

today I went through at 11:45 to find the store still closed, so the fact that I have paid excessive amounts now I can't even take out DVDs because you never know when they will be open. Apparently they have ripped enough people that they don't need to open.
