Entertainment for son's 8th birthday party no show

I booked Mobile LaserTag SA for my son's birthday party on the 5th of May 2013. My son's party was on Saturday the 21st of September so I booked him well in advance. I had 2 telephone conversations with Mr Diedericks as well as e-mails which included his Outlook calendar booking. My husband paid him in full on the 10th of September. Unfortunately no one arrived on the day booked and to date no one has bothered to reply to any of my calls! This is completely unacceptable behaviour and a disgrace, especially when the person concerned has kids of their own!!!
