I recently purchased a house that was an easy sell property from Standard Bank.
When I put in the offer to purchase the electric fence was working, however I was advised about 2 weeks prior to transfer that the fence was no longer working.

The bank was informed and I was advised by the previous owners that the bank would be coming to on the 9th of April. I followed up as they did not pitch. The house was then transferred on the 11th of April.
I followed up and was advised by the previous owners that the bank wouldn't honour as the house has transfered.

Due to the nature of the sell, the attorneys sent of an email to the bank advising of the situation to which Shameel sent an email to Mita "Please assist, there is prior commitment here. " I sent emails and called however no one got back to me. I eventually got hold of Marvin who said if I sent through the costing he will ensure that I am paid promptly. This was done. Whenever I call I get a different story and no one every gets back to me. I have been told contradicting stories by different agents and am fed up.
All I want is the money I had to spend to fix a problem that the bank agreed to fix.
